Bring life to your interior!

The Wallflower organic artworks are real mini wall gardens in a frame which lend a touch of modern flair to your interior and allow you to invite Nature in !

This new concept forms a unique blend of existing genres and can be placed somewhere between a work of art, a mini wall garden in a frame, a simple pot plant and the famous Parisian vertical walls.

This one-of-a-kind decoration object is above all a plant which needs to be pampered and maintained. However, its unique system of vertical culture and irrigation reduces the amount of care to one simple requirement: fill the water reserve only when the water indicator shows that the water level is low!

With Wallflower, decoration evolves to becomealive, mobile and natural!

Entirely assembled in France, the Wallflower organic artwork is also completely recyclable.

History

The Wallflower organic artwork was inspired by the famous Parisian vegetal walls. The Wallflower inventors, two horticultural professors, set out to research a way in which to simplify the technique of vertical culture - only to create this original concept! Two years of testing and continuous improvements were required from the time of the first prototypes being produced in 2006. Finally, this resulted in a very simple and easy-to-maintain system of culture which allows plants to grow on walls!

2006 : First prototypes.
2006 / 2007 : First attempts, tests for the type of culture for all kinds of plants, interior and exterior.
June 2007 : Meeting with Thomas VAN PUL, CEO of the wholesale business Thomas Fleurs. A production plan is put into effect.
September 2007 : Production launch and creation of the first moulds of the Wallflower components.
December 2007 : First production tests and improvements.
February 2008 : Official commercialisation of the Wallflower artworks in France via the network of wholesalers in cut-flowers and plants.
February 2009 : First birthday, and already more than 35 000 frames decorate French households!
January 2010 : Official commercialisation of the Wallflower framed mini wall gardens throughout Holland in the network of Intratuin garden centres
More than 90 000 frames sold in France!
